Brands that register their products in The Guided Buyer Awards and win first, second or third in their respected category obtain the right to publish the “Winner” and “General” seal on their product and on associated marketing material including official press releases. Winners hold the right to publish these award seals for the life of the product, given that the product remains true to the award. (Example: A gluten free award-winning product must remain gluten free or the seal must not be used.)  The award seal must also maintain the seal’s annual significance. For example, a winner of the 2024 Annual Dairy Free Award may use the 2024 Annual seal for the life of the product but could not use the 2026 Annual seal unless it was re-registered in the 2026 Awards and received first, second or third.

The Guided Buyer Award Seals are the sole property of The Guided Buyer and are protected by trademark and copyright laws. 

The Guided Buyer may at any time and for any reason modify, delete and/or add to these guidelines, effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting on the Website a revised version of these terms of use.
